Tami Norgard

Tami Norgard, Fargo, has been practicing law in the Fargo office of the Vogel Law Firm for the past 24 years. Part of her practice includes serving as board legal counsel to many local and regional water boards in North Dakota, as well as the Cass County Electric Cooperative board. Of note, she has assisted boards to engage in customer rate-setting processes and the development of related policies. Norgard regularly appears at the North Dakota legislature and also engages with the congressional delegation on issues impacting her clients and the community. Norgard is active in the Fargo region’s business community, currently serving as chair of the FMWF Chamber of Commerce and as immediate past chair of the Downtown Community Partnership board in Fargo, as well as serving on numerous other nonprofit boards. Norgard received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota, along with a J.D. and a Masters in Studies of Environmental Law & Policy from Vermont Law School. Norgard joined the Board in 2024.
