Lynette Dickson

Lynette Dickson, Grand Forks, directs a healthcare consulting firm working on a national rural health clinic project related to implementation and health policies of COVID testing. She has over 17 years of experience in rural health care and related state and federal policy issues.

She served as the associate director of Community Engagement and Outreach with the Center for Rural Health, UND, School of Medicine and Health Sciences providing direction to projects related to rural health systems, workforce development, quality improvement, health IT/telehealth and community engagement. She has served on state, regional and national healthcare committees and boards such as the North Dakota Health Information Technology Advisory Committee, the National Rural Health Association and is a past-president of the National Office of State Organizations of Rural Health.

Dickson received an master’s degree in food & nutrition from North Dakota State University and a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT; and is a licensed registered dietitian. Dickson joined the Board in 2010.
