Lisa Helbling, Fargo, retired, was the former CFO of ImmunoPrecise Antibodies, Ltd (IPA). Prior to IPA, Helbling was CFO of Anchor Ingredients and CFO of TMI Holdings I (TMI).

Helbling has 35 years of broad experience in finance, accounting, enterprise risk management, audit and ESOPs. Her industry experience includes hospitality, electric utility, manufacturing, construction, transportation, life insurance and public accounting. Lisa serves on the Board of Directors of Border States Industries and is the chair of the Audit Committee.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Moorhead State University and business administration from North Dakota State University and is a certified public accountant and certified internal auditor. Helbling joined the Board in 2017.
